Gotham faces challenges maintaining a world-class league without a permanent space, and the associated costs are significant. To overcome these obstacles, our goal is to raise $10,000 to support the league.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference. For perspective, $10,000 covers one game day or 20 hours of practice space.

Your generosity will help us raise much-needed funds for the search of a new space and maintaining our programs.

Help Gotham Find Practice Space for 2025

We need your help to keep Gotham Derby rolling.

Gotham is looking for a new practice space, whilst we keep an eye out for a permanent home.

In 2024, we paid $475/hour to skate at LeFrak. We are no longer able to sustain that rental cost, which means we need to find a new space to bring our programs, practice, and games to in addition to LeFrak.

Do you know of a space Gotham can call home for the 2025 season?

We’re open to exploring options at school or college gyms, community centers, basketball courts, and more. If you have a suggestion (or an in with a venue), please reach out to searchsquad@ggrd.nyc

Venue requirements:

  • 9,000 sq feet minimum

  • Rental cost is less than $200/hour

  • Max 1 hour public transport commute from midtown Manhattan

Together, we can get Gotham back on track for the 2025 season and beyond.
